Responsibilities:  Assist the principal with daily operations of the campus, including interacting with students, families and staff, managing student records, coordinating facilities use, providing typing and copying services, coordinating office machine maintenance, monitoring the health room, processing and mailing student report cards, handling cash/checks, managing lunch ticket sales, assisting with correspondence, calendars, textbooks, classroom and office supplies, assisting with special projects, maintaining student vaccination records, and other duties as required.

 

Proficiencies: Proficiency with Google Suite and MS Office are required, including Word, Excel, and Publisher.  Must be email and internet competent.  Must be able to learn school software and operations programs and systems, including FACTS SIS and Communications, ADP, and others.  Must hold or acquire certificates in 1st Aid/CPR, bloodborne pathogens, medication administration, and severe allergic reactions. PCS Adult/Youth contact training is required.

All PCS positions are in-person, on-site.

 

Work Week and Hours:  

Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 4:00 pm

Occasional evening and/or weekend hours may be required
This is a full-time, non-exempt position (40 hr/week)

Some local travel may be required

 

Term:

12 month term (year-round position)

 

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required
Associate's degree preferred
1-2 years of office experience preferred

 

Pay: 

$16.45 - $17.27/ hour
